Cool to know this. Gives some insight in how the artist views the world. Thanks!

This looks like a decaying glimpse of a single moment in time, looking up at the sky. One of those moments which, as they happen, feel so intimate and beautiful, yet decay within the moment of distraction. When attempting to return to that feeling, part of the details that were so rich in the moment have been lost. Eventually you have nothing but slivers of associations from the experienced moment; things which will nonetheless influence your perception of moments alike the first one experienced.
